APAKAH AGILITAS BELAJAR DAN LITERASI DIGITAL BERPENGARUH TERHADAP KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN DI SEKOLAH DASAR?

Data Rapor Pendidikan 2024 yang keluar awal 2025 menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pembelajaran di SD masih "cukup". Salah satu penyebabnya diduga berasal dari guru sendiri, yaitu seberapa lincah mereka dalam belajar hal baru dan seberapa baik literasi digital mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah agilitas belajar dan literasi digital guru benar-benar memengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran. Kami melibatkan 140 guru SD di Kota Semarang. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket evaluasi diri yang telah lolos uji validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi tunggal dan berganda. Hasilnya, baik agilitas belajar maupun literasi digital terbukti berpengaruh moderat terhadap kualitas pembelajaran, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama. Yang menarik, agilitas belajar guru memiliki peran 9 kali lipat lebih besar, dengan kontribusi 90%, dibandingkan dengan literasi digital yang hanya 10%.
