THE IMPACT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP, WORK MOTIVATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL INNOVATIVE CLIMATE ON TEACHER’S INNOVATIVE WORK BEHAVIOR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan sinergi antara determinan lingkungan, khususnya kepemimpinan transformasional dan iklim organisasi yang inovatif, serta faktor pribadi, seperti motivasi kerja, dalam membentuk perilaku kerja inovatif guru. Kerangka penelitian menggunakan Social Cognitive Theory (SCT). Dengan pendekatan desain penelitian kuantatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data menggunakan instrumen digital (Google Forms) dan fisik dengan sampel 233 guru dari 11 SMA di Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara, Provinsi Maluku. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan iklim organisasi yang inovatif meningkatkan perilaku inovatif guru. Selain itu, struktur organisasi dan faktor lingkungan memiliki pengaruh yang lebih langsung dan terlihat terhadap perilaku. Sementara itu, motivasi pribadi berpengaruh ketika diaktifkan oleh kondisi pendukung yang sesuai dalam lingkungan sekolah. Secara teoritis, hasil penelitian ini memperluas cakupan Social Cognitive Theory dengan menawarkan dukungan empiris untuk kerangka resiprokal triadik, khususnya perilaku kerja inovatif pendidik. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa inovasi seorang guru harus didekati dengan pendekatan sistemik dan tidak semata-mata bergantung pada insentif individu.
