Peran Guru Penjas dalam Penerapan Kurikulum Modern dengan Menggunakan Digitalisasi

Transformasi pendidikan jasmani merupakan kebutuhan mendesak di era digital. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru Penjas menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam kurikulum modern. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru PJOK melalui pelatihan digitalisasi kurikulum berbasis kompetensi. Target kegiatan mencakup 30 mahasiswa PJKR angkatan 2024 dan guru PJOK di Kabupaten Bandung. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui workshop interaktif dan pendampingan intensif selama enam minggu. Data dikumpulkan melalui pre-test, post-test, observasi partisipatif, dan focus group discussion. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon untuk mengukur signifikansi perubahan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan kurikulum modern (p < 0,001) dan keterampilan penggunaan platform digital (p < 0,01). Peserta juga menghasilkan modul pembelajaran digital yang siap implementasi. Program ini memberikan dampak berkelanjutan melalui komunitas pembelajaran online dan pendampingan lanjutan. Kesimpulannya, digitalisasi kurikulum dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran jasmani dan kesiapan guru menghadapi transformasi pendidikan.
