For years, the RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) method has been the gold standard. However, recent research has shown that soft tissue recovery requires a more comprehensive approach. The PEACE & LOVE method is designed to address not only acute injuries but also the long-term healing process and psychological aspects of athletes. This community service program aims to improve the understanding of futsal players in Batu City, particularly in the field of injury management. Community service is carried out through Service Learning, through understanding partner problems by involving the active participation of futsal players in identifying, analysing, and resolving problems. The core activity is carried out with an initial test as the first step, after which participants are taught the material through socialisation and demonstrations of theory. Finally, a final test is used to increase the level of participants' understanding of the material, as a comparison of participants' knowledge before the material was presented. The results of this activity indicate that the program socialisation can improve the understanding and application of sports injury management programs. Thus, this program not only improves knowledge but also forms a strong practical foundation for managing soft tissue injuries in both training and matches. Furthermore, socialisation activities will continue to be pursued sustainably by optimising all elements, especially in the field of sports science, to continue to synergise with community service partners.
