Authors whose manuscripts are published agree to the following terms:

1. The editorial board holds the publication rights to all journal manuscript materials published on the Empati Bimbingan dan Konseling Journal website with the authors' knowledge (moral rights remain with the authors).

2. The formal legal provisions for access to digital articles in this electronic journal are subject to the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) license, which means that the Journal of Empathy Guidance and Counseling has the right to store, convert media/formats, manage in the form of a database, maintain, and publish articles without requesting permission from the author as long as the author's name is listed as the copyright owner.

3. Manuscripts published in print and electronic form are open access for educational, research, and library purposes. Beyond these purposes, the editorial board is not responsible for any copyright infringement.
