This study aims to develop a learning application based on Desmos and Padlet for the subject of Two-Variable Linear Equation Systems (SPLDV) to improve students' conceptual understanding through a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) approach. The main issue underlying this study is the lack of interactive and contextual learning media used in the SPLDV learning process at the junior high school level. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the analysis stage, needs were identified through questionnaires administered to teachers and students. The developed product was validated by three experts, resulting in an average validity score of 84.66%, which falls into the highly valid category. A pilot test was conducted with six eighth-grade students and showed a significant improvement between pretest and posttest scores. The evaluation indicated that the application supports student engagement visually, interactively, and is easy for teachers to use in the teaching process. The final results of the study showed that the integration of Desmos and Padlet in SPLDV learning not only enhances conceptual understanding but also encourages active student participation in discussions and problem-solving. This application has been proven to be valid, practical, and effective and is highly recommended for implementation in contextual mathematics learning at the junior high school level on a broad and sustainable basis.
