Model Pendidikan Jasmani Kolaboratif Terintegrasi dengan Pendampingan Aktivitas Fisik di Rumah untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Gerak Dasar dan Kepercayaan Diri Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar dan kepercayaan diri siswa kelas I SD Negeri 10 Buntok melalui penerapan Model Pendidikan Jasmani Kolaboratif yang terintegrasi dengan pendampingan aktivitas fisik di rumah. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang masing-masing terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, penilaian keterampilan gerak dasar, penilaian kepercayaan diri, dokumentasi, dan logbook aktivitas gerak di rumah, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan keterampilan gerak dasar meningkat dari 4,76% pada pra siklus menjadi 61,90% pada Siklus I dan 90,48% pada Siklus II. Kepercayaan diri siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dari 4,76% pada pra siklus menjadi 57,14% pada Siklus I dan 90,48% pada Siklus II. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Model Pendidikan Jasmani Kolaboratif yang dipadukan dengan pendampingan aktivitas fisik di rumah efektif meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar dan kepercayaan diri siswa sekolah dasar.
