Pengaruh Bodyweight Training Model Frog Jump Terhadap Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai Siswa Sekolah Dasar Usia 11-12 Tahun

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh bodyweight training model frog jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai siswa usia 11-12 tahun di MI Robithotut Talamidz Gumelar Lor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif model kuasi-eksperimen dengan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel terdiri dari 37 siswa (23 putra dan 14 putri) yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Intervensi latihan berupa loncat katak yang dilakukan selama 8 minggu, dilakukan 2 hari di sekolah dan 2 hari di rumah sebagai penugasan. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tes Vertical Jump. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji paired sample t-Test. Hasil uji deskriptif menunjukkan persentase jarak antara nilai pretest dan posttest sebesar 15.5% pada sampel laki-laki dan 15.2 % pada sampel perempuan, sedangkan hasil uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan nilai sig 0.00 < 0.05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan rata-rata hasil tes dan pengukuran vertical jump pretest dengan posttest pada kedua sampel. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa latihan locat katak memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai siswa laki-laki dan perempuan.
