Analisis Biomekanika Passing Bawah Bola Voli Siswa SMAN 2 Tenggarong Menggunakan Aplikasi Kinovea

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biomekanika teknik passing bawah pada dua siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMA Negeri 2 Tenggarong menggunakan aplikasi Kinovea. Pemilihan subjek dilakukan secara purposive berdasarkan kriteria keaktifan dalam latihan dan penguasaan teknik dasar passing bawah. Analisis sudut persendian dilakukan pada tiga fase, meliputi fase persiapan, perkenaan, dan lanjutan. Pada fase persiapan, Subjek 1 menunjukkan sudut siku 157,6°, pinggul 140,8°, dan lutut 133,8°, sementara Subjek 2 menunjukkan 169,7°, 148,1°, dan 138,3°. Pada fase perkenaan, Subjek 1 memiliki sudut siku 170,7°, pinggul 137,5°, dan lutut 150,3°, sedangkan Subjek 2 memiliki 175,2°, 142,9°, dan 159,5°. Pada fase lanjutan, Subjek 1 memperlihatkan sudut siku 162,5°, pinggul 154,1°, dan lutut 158,8°, sementara Subjek 2 menunjukkan 170,3°, 145,2°, dan 155,2°. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pola gerak kedua subjek telah mendekati prinsip biomekanika yang efektif, meskipun masih terdapat variasi individu dalam sudut gerak. Penggunaan Kinovea terbukti mendukung analisis gerak secara objektif sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana evaluasi keterampilan dan peningkatan pembelajaran teknik olahraga di sekolah.
