Inovasi media pembelajaran interaktif matematika berbantuan canva dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar

Students' motivation to learn mathematics is relatively low, this is caused by the use of conventional learning methods and less interesting media, so that students are less active and have difficulty understanding abstract concepts, especially the Pythagorean theorem. This study aims to develop interactive learning media assisted by Canva to increase students' motivation to learn mathematics. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model consisting of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were 28 students of class VIII A of SMP Negeri 4 Palopo. The instruments used included media and material validation sheets, learning motivation questionnaires before and after using the media, student practicality questionnaires, and interview guidelines. The validation results showed that the media was in the very valid category with a high percentage of experts. The practicality of the media was assessed as very practical by students, and the effectiveness of the media was proven through an increase in motivation scores on the post-test questionnaire. The final product was a website-based interactive learning media designed using Canva, equipped with material features, videos, quizzes, instructions, and developer profiles. This learning media is valid, practical, and effective in increasing students' learning motivation on the Pythagorean Theorem material.
